How Fees Work
When does the customer pay?
When a customer accepts your quote, their payment is held in escrow. You only get charged the platform fee after the customer confirms the link is complete and the payment is released to you.
What about the homeowner service fee?
Free users pay a 5% service fee on each link booked. LinkinTT+ subscribers get their first 2 links per month fee-free, and only 3% on additional links. This helps fund escrow, safety features, and dispute resolution.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards only. All payments go through our secure escrow system — no cash transactions. This protects both the homeowner and the professional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both LinkinTT+ (homeowner) and Pro (professional) plans have no lock-in. Cancel anytime and revert to the free tier with no penalties.

What does escrow mean?
When you hire a professional, your payment is held securely by LinkinTT (not sent directly to the pro). The money is only released to the professional after you confirm the work is done to your satisfaction.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
You can open a dispute before releasing payment. Our team will review the case and mediate a fair resolution. Your money stays protected in escrow during the process.
How do professionals get paid?
Once the customer confirms the link is complete, payment is released from escrow to your linked bank account, minus the platform fee (8% Basic or 4% Pro).
Is the LinkinTT+ subscription worth it for property managers?
Yes — if you manage multiple properties and book 3+ links per month, LinkinTT+ pays for itself. The first 2 links each month have zero service fee, and you save on every link after that.
